My Specialities
I specialise in weight management, women's health issues, stress management, digestive health issues and chronic disease management. I offer one-to-one Face-to-Face and remote personalised nutrition dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help clients optimise their health and nutrition. My special interest lies in gut-brain bidirectional communication, and Type 2 Diabetes- related research. I also offer NLP coaching for those struggling to make positive changes.
